International Development Bank (IDB) Opens New Branch in Salah Al-Din – Tikrit A Strategic Step toward Enhancing Financial Inclusion and Expanding Banking Services across Iraq
As part of its expansion strategy aimed at providing advanced banking services to all segments of society, the International Development Bank (IDB) has announced the opening of its new branch in Salah Al-Din Province – Tikrit. This move reaffirms the bank’s growing presence across Iraq and reflects its commitment to extending its branch network to meet the needs of individuals and businesses alike.
The new branch offers a comprehensive range of banking services and products, including account opening, card issuance, loan facilities, domestic and international money transfers, as well as other electronic banking services—all delivered in accordance with the highest international banking standards.
In an official statement, the bank affirmed:

With the inauguration of the Tikrit branch, IDB’s network now consists of 32 branches across various regions of Iraq, forming part of an ambitious plan to enhance financial inclusion, facilitate access to modern banking services, and promote a culture of formal financial transactions—positively contributing to Iraq’s economic growth and financial stability.
