Borrower's identification documents

• Unified National Card
• Passport
• Residence Card or Residency Confirmation
• Service Continuity Letter In case of transferring the first salary
• An undertaking letter issued by the employer, including the job title, length of service, basic salary, and net salary, duly signed, in addition to the professional ID (Department ID)
• The guarantor is subject to the same requirements as the borrower

• The borrower must be a government employee on the permanent staff establishment of the ministries. Contract employees are excluded from loan eligibility unless they provide a guarantor who is a permanent staff employee.
• "The length of service must not be less than one year – however, exceptional cases with a service period of less than one year will be considered, provided there is a guarantor.
• Salary localization at the International Development Bank (IDB).
• The age of the borrower must not exceed 60 years by the end of the loan tenure.
• The borrower's net salary must be double the value of the monthly installments (monthly obligations include loan and card installments), so that the debt burden ratio does not exceed 50% of the borrower's salary.
• Salary must be credited to the customer's account at the bank for at least one month prior to execution; additionally, a bank statement from the previous bank must be provided, reflecting salary credits for a period of 3 months.
