Premium Loan Product Loan Terms & condition

The borrower must be a government employee on the permanent staff establishment of the ministries. Contract employees are excluded from loan eligibility unless they provide a guarantor who is a permanent staff employee.
"The length of service must not be less than one year – however, exceptional cases with a service period of less than one year will be considered, provided there is a guarantor.
Salary localization at the International Development Bank (IDB).
The age of the borrower must not exceed 60 years by the end of the loan tenure.
The borrower's net salary must be double the value of the monthly installments (monthly obligations include loan and card installments), so that the debt burden ratio does not exceed 50% of the borrower's salary.
Salary must be credited to the customer's account at the bank for at least one month prior to execution; additionally, a bank statement from the previous bank must be provided, reflecting salary credits for a period of 3 months.

An undertaking letter issued by the employer, including the job title, length of service, basic salary, and net salary, duly signed, in addition to the professional ID (Department ID)
The guarantor is subject to the same requirements as the borrower
